By formation, I am a physician with years of clinical experience. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2019 and since the 1st of May 2020, I am an NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach). I am also a certified meditation teacher and an energy medicine practitioner.
Over the last few decades, the number of people who created disease in their own bodies due to an imbalanced lifestyle increased. This requires more medical support and higher costs which need to be covered by the same ailing citizens. In spite of the better performing medical means on one hand, and of the good education of the population on the other hand, the rate of sickness is still augmenting.
People want to get better so they would be able to live their life. Unfortunately, the stress from being engaged in too many ‘have to’s left them little time and resources for self care.
You are not at fault for this, you were just being human. Hence, you are not responsible for creating the disease in your body. However, you are responsible for getting your health and wellness back so you can be able to enjoy and make the most of your life.
There is no doubt that you have your list of reasons for getting your health and wellness back, that you tried to improve your lifestyle and that you are also aware of the things that harm. Still you have not been able to manifest the desired transformation.
Indeed, we are all quite similar. Being aware of what is unique with yourself though, will help you find your way back to healthy happy living.
A health and wellness coach is an ally who is guiding you to your place of high level wellness.
I will not tell you what to do. Instead through logical questioning related to your matter, I will stimulate your critical thinking and this way you will discover all the answers that you need.
You create your agenda and you establish your own priorities because you know the best what fits you now and here.
