My wife and I are both city kids, born in Buenos Aires. Our parents migrated to United Sates during our middle and junior high school, respectively. During the first decade in the USA, we focused on studying, getting good grades and building successful carriers. We didn’t care much about a healthy life style back there because we felt healthy all the time.
The standard American life style rubbed on us. Unfortunately, after almost 25 years in the States, we ended up looking overweight, sad, prematurely aged and exhausted.
We realized that we needed help urgently when we visited our relatives in Argentina after 7 uninterrupted years of residing in the States. There we could compare our looks to their. It was not just my wife and I, but also our three children, my in-laws and their kids, and my parents, all living close to us in the same neighborhood in New York.
Coach Eva guided us through the rethinking of our life style and making real changes for better health that last. We work with her as a group of eleven with ages between 9 and 76 years old, and we never felt any communication hick-ups during the coaching sessions since we started. Each one received the consideration, the empathy and the counsel that was needed. Eva helped us create efficient plans for wellness and she patiently guided us into following them step by step. Her calm and steady way, her honest nature and firm trust that we will all succeed in us reaching our goals is strongly motivating us to keep our good work.
After almost 6 months of Health and Wellness Counseling with Coach Eva, we slimmed down from size large or extra large to medium, and we created healthy eating, exercising and relaxation habits. Due to these patterns, our energy level increased significantly and we are happy.

Hi. I am a breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed 4 months after my second husband unexpectedly passed during a car crash. We had been very happy and once he was gone I felt I couldn’t keep my life together for long. I had a lot on my plate. I was taking care of my daughter who has Down syndrome and my late husband’s autistic son, I was working a full time and a part time job trying to make ends meet, and I also had to deal with my cancer. The stress was unbearable sometimes. I would find comfort only in eating junk, especially at late hours. Obviously I was gaining weight and it wasn’t helping at all my health condition.
I was told repeatedly by doctors and nurses that I needed to make time for me but time was a luxury that I couldn’t afford. Just to make things worse, I started to have panic attacks and I couldn’t ask for my family or friends support because they would only add drama.
I considered myself a lost cause, but I was my children’s only provider so I decided to register through the website for the free session with Eva. I was attracted by the fact that she was a physician at base, and I figured she would understand my situation.
After the first minutes of talking to Eva, I was sure she was the person who could help me get well. She is calm, balanced, and down to earth, and she is really able to guide a person to reach a goal. She is a very good listener and planner. She helped me see the positive in my situation and use it as a base, instead of fighting the negative that showed. During the first two sessions we established a list of goals, we reviewed my entire routine, and we determined the steps of action. I learned to give myself credit for each accomplishment, and to see a relapse as a lesson and not as a failure. Little by little we created new healthy patterns related to my eating habits, exercising, hours of sleep, relaxation, connecting to my kids and building new relationships. Eva also explained me how meditation could help me and she taught me a few methods from energy medicine that also proved useful. We created and developed a daily spiritual practice for me that helps me stay centered and optimistic. My health and my entire lifestyle are improved. I am truly grateful to Eva for all her guidance.

Hello. I enrolled in Eva’s coaching program being given that I couldn’t figure out by myself a way to lose weight and keep it down. I am a computer programmer of Hawaiian-Japanese descent. In my mother’s family, fat is synonym for beautiful. On the other hand, my father is a second-generation Japanese American. He and my aunts adopted the standard American diet during their young years and at present they suffer the consequences of bad eating and sedentary life style. I just didn’t want to end up that way.
I am delighted by the results I obtained after working with Eva. I am not in the ‘obese’ weight range anymore and I am able to prevent any ballooning of my body frame simply using the tools that Eva and I developed. I sleep much better and my energy level improved. We also developed a spiritual practice that works well for me. The main gain from Eva’s coaching program is that I learned to identify the motivational factor behind a goal, to define the cause of a problem and only after that to create an algorithm for problem solving.

Hello everyone. Last winter I was diagnosed with colon cancer and my wife started to show memory problems. I was 74 and Mary had just turned 72 when this happened. We both followed the doctors’ recommendations because we wanted more time with our children and grandchildren. Our diet was the standard American kind. Of course, we knew years before we got sick that it was not the healthy one, but we didn’t try to improve our life style until the disease shook us up. We wanted a health coach that is also medically trained and we chose Eva.
We reviewed with her our entire routine and we changed quite a few of our habits. In six months, we lost all that extra fat and our conditions improved a lot. We eat healthy, we sleep better, and we exercise appropriately for our age. We also learnt to meditate. Mary calls meditation ‘gymnastic for the brain’. It helped me make peace with myself for bringing trouble upon me and my family. Eva is patient and kind by nature, and excellently trained. She gave us the clarity we needed.
I tell people to start seeing a health coach regularly if they want a good life.

My husband and I immigrated to USA 20 years ago. We were doing well in Morocco. My husband had just started to practice after graduating the College of Engineering with a concentration on Mining Engineering, and I was already working as a school teacher. A member of our family decided to start a new life in North-America. After a while, we realized that we also wanted to experience the American dream.
In the States, none of us got to apply what we studied throughout the years of our professional formation. My husband has worked as a taxi driver all this time and I became a staying home mom looking after my spouse and our 3 children.
Our lifestyle and diet changed during these two decades. In 2019, both of us were prediabetic, my husband had a cardiac event, I was putting up with a PCOS for a few years, and my teen daughter was overweight and depressed. I felt guilty and ashamed for not being able to take care of my family, and as it was my main duty, I felt like a failure. I decided to ask for help so I emailed Eva.
During the 6-month program, we reviewed our entire lifestyle and we found healthier ways that fit us. We improved the homecooking, our patterns of sleep and the ways we spent our leisure time as a family. I found ways to deal with my remorse and resenting and this way I was able to manage my emotional eating. A few months ago we moved to San Diego where I enrolled into the Culinary School. Here I finally feel that I am living my purpose.
I am grateful to Eva for gifting me the clarity which helped me see the way out of my problems, for holding a space of kindness and balance where I knew that all is well, and for guiding me back to my place of wellness, power and self-confidence. Now we can enjoy our life together as a family.
